After you become a Smartimage customer and your credit card is on file, you will be billed on your subscription anniversary date. We will always let you know the exact date you will be billed.
When renewing your subscription, we will use the credit card on file. If your credit card is expired or declined, we will notify you by email and request you provide updated credit card information in the Billing area.
If a credit card information is not updated, we’ll send an additional email to update the information two days before your account is disabled. Your account will be disabled if credit card information is not updated.
